Bilhassa kadınların ve her yaştan bireyin rahatlıkla yapabileceği bacak, basen ve kalça sıkılaştırma antrenman programının ilk serisinde squat hareketini 2 set geniş, 2 set dar olmak üzere 4 setten 15 tekrar olarak toplamda 60 kere uygulamanız gerekiyor.
