1 çay bardağı dolusu yoğurt
1 şeftali
2 tatlı kaşığı pekmez

Yapılışı

1. Şeftali kabukları soyulur ve rendelenir.
2. -Süzgeçle püresi ve suyu ayrılır. (Yaklaşık yarım çay bardağı su çıkıyor, ben şeftali suyunu bir bardağa alıp streç filmle kapatıp buzdolabına attım, birazdan muhallebisini yapacağım şeftali suyuyla)
3. Püre ve yoğurt da bir kaba alınır. Arzuya göre pekmez de ilave edilir ve bebeklere afiyetle yedirilir.
