Yapılışı
1. Patates ve havuç küp küp doğranır, malzemeleri 2-3 parmak geçecek seviyede suyla pişirilir.
2. Çorba pişmeye yakın irmikler ilave edilir ve 3-4 dk daha pişirilir.
3. Çorba piştikten sonra blendırlanır ve afiyetle yedirilir. Blendır kullanmayanlar tel süzgeçten geçirebilirler.
