500 ml. zeytinyağı
1 adet limon
50 ml. balzamik sirke
1 adet havuç

Hazırlanışı Güneşte kurutulmuş ahtapot bütün olarak sarımsaklı zeytinyağı sosa batırılıp ızgarada pişirilir. Akdeniz yeşillikleri ve ızgarada pişen ahtapot yuvarlak halkalar şeklinde doğranıp, jülyen havuç ve limon kabuklarıyla birlikte harmanlanır, rezeneli balzamik sos ile birlikte servis edilir. Yenilebilir çiçekler ile süslenir.
