HAZIRLANIŞI
Bir tencereye su ve şeker konur. Orta ateşde karıştırılarak şekerin erimesi sağlanır. Nişasta yapılan bu şerbetin içine yavaş yavaş dökülerek karıştırılır. Nişasta iyice yedirilmelidir .Nişastanın kokusu tamamiyle gidinceye kadar pişiririlir. Meyva suyu da eklendikten sonra sıcakken servis kaselerine dökülür. Soğuduktan sonra servis edilir.
