300 gr nohut
1 çay bardağı tahin
2 çay bardağı zeytinyağı
3 limonun suyu
Kırmızı biber
Tuz

HAZIRLANIŞI
Nohutlar ayıklanıp yıkandıkdan sonra akşamdan suya konur. Ertesi gün bol su ile haşlanır. İyice pişdikden sonra suyu süzülür. Süzgeçden veya robatdan geçirilerek iyice ezilir.Tahin yavaş yavaş nohuta eklenir ve yedirilir. Limon suyu, tuz ve biber katılıp hapsi iyice karıştırılır. Düz bir tabağa alınıp üstüne zeytinyağı ve kırmızı biber gezdirildikden sonra servis edilir. Afiyet olsun.
