Malzemeler:

5 adet limonlu bardak poşet çay
2,5 su bardağı sıcak su
1 tutam zencefil
4 top kaymaklı dondurma
4 parça buz

Hazırlanışı:

Önce 5 adet limonlu bardak poşet çayı 2,5 bardak sıcak suda 4 dakika demleyin. Poşetleri çıkararak soğuyana kadar bekletin. Limonlu çay oda sıcaklığına geldiğinde içerisine zencefil, kaymaklı dondurma ve buzu ilave ederek 3 dakika mikserde çırpın. Buzdolabında 1-2 saat bekletin ve “Zencefil Limon Tutkusu” servise hazır.
