Davud Aleyhisselam \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu bir g\u00fcn yer, bir g\u00fcn oru\u00e7 tutard\u0131. Bu oruca “Savm-\u0131 Davud” denir. Savm-\u0131 Davud, oru\u00e7lar\u0131n en a\u011f\u0131r\u0131, Peygamberimiz (s.a.v.)’in de en sevdi\u011fi oru\u00e7tur. Peygamber Efendimizin “Zemzemden ba\u015fka yiyece\u011fim olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde Kabe’yle \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc aras\u0131nda k\u0131rk g\u00fcn k\u0131rk gece kald\u0131m”, buyurdu\u011funu Ebu Zer (r.a.) Buhari ve M\u00fcslim’in sahihlerinde rivayet ediyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsana g\u00fcnde 250-500 gr. yemek yeterlidir. Bundan fazlas\u0131, v\u00fccutta ka\u00adl\u0131nt\u0131 olu\u015fturur ve hastal\u0131k yapar. V\u00fccut hastal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 devaml\u0131 diren\u00e7 g\u00f6steremez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00fcrekli yemeklerle u\u011fra\u015fmak, fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 ve toksinleri atmak, at\u0131lamayanlar\u0131 depolamak \u00e7ok zor bir i\u015ftir. Mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, kusma, ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131 olabilir,- aft, u\u00e7uk, sivilce, hatta \u00e7\u0131ban ve yaralar \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Ancak ibadetini yapan insanlar\u0131n orucu \u00e7ok rahat ge\u00e7er. Onlarda sadece hafif titreme olabilir veya nab\u0131z say\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fc\u015febilir.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n be\u015finci-yedinci g\u00fcn\u00fc a\u011f\u0131zdan ve deriden \u015fiddetli aseton kokusu gelmeye ba\u015flar. Temizlenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan h\u00fccreleri tek-tek par\u00e7alayarak kendine g\u0131da yapar, yani hastal\u0131klar\u0131 k\u00f6kten yok etmeye ba\u015flar. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olabilmek i\u00e7in on g\u00fcnden fazla a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa gerek yoktur.<\/p>\n

1 G\u00fcnl\u00fck a\u00e7l\u0131k: S\u00fcnnet oru\u00e7lar\u0131 her pazartesi ve per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc tutulur. Kab\u0131zl\u0131k sorunu yoksa 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck oru\u00e7ta lavman yapmaya veya sinameki i\u00e7meye gerek yoktur. \u0130ftarda bir \u015fey yemeden, 1 -3 yudum su ile oru\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Fakat su i\u00e7mek isteyenler istedi\u011fi kadar i\u00e7ebilirler. Sal\u0131 sabah\u0131 saat 07:00’de meyve suyu i\u00e7ilir veya meyve yenir ve bu \u015fekilde 36 saatlik oru\u00e7 tamamla\u00adn\u0131r. O g\u00fcn, g\u00fcn boyu yaln\u0131zca meyve suyu i\u00e7ilir, meyve veya salata yenir, ak\u015fama yak\u0131n yemek yenebilir. Oru\u00e7 tatl\u0131 veya yemekle a\u00e7\u0131lmaz. Oru\u00e7 tat\u00adl\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rsa, pankreasa tehlikeli bir bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcklenilmi\u015f olabilir. 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck oruca devam etmek isteyenler, haftan\u0131n hep ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc se\u00e7meli, mesela her pazartesi ara vermeden devam etmelidirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc v\u00fccut haftan\u0131n ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc tutulan oruca kolay al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, oru\u00e7 g\u00fcn\u00fc geldi\u011finde i\u015ftah kendili\u011finden kesilir ve oru\u00e7 rahat ge\u00e7er. Farkl\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde olursa, v\u00fccut \u015fa\u015f\u0131r\u0131r, i\u015ftah kesilmez ve oru\u00e7 da kolay ge\u00e7mez. \u00c7ocuk ve gen\u00e7ler oruca \u00e7ok kolay al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve k\u0131sa zamanda t\u00fcm hastal\u0131klardan ar\u0131n\u0131r. 3 G\u00fcnl\u00fck a\u00e7l\u0131k: A\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc, ayn\u0131 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck a\u00e7l\u0131kta oldu\u011fu gibi, sahurda su i\u00e7ilir, sonra iftar ve sahurda bir \u015fey yemeden 3 g\u00fcn arka arkaya oru\u00e7 tutulur. Has\u00adtal\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r olanlar\u0131n, 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck orucu 7 g\u00fcn arayla 7-14 defa yapmalar\u0131 gere\u00adkir. 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck orucun kanser dahil b\u00fct\u00fcn hastal\u0131klara b\u00fcy\u00fck faydas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Oru\u00e7lar\u0131n sonunda \u00f6nce meyve suyu, sonra meyve, daha sonra salata yenir, yaln\u0131zca ak\u015fam sebze yeme\u011fi yenebilir.<\/p>\n

Oruca ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nceki ak\u015fam \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f sinameki veya magnezyum kalsini al\u0131n\u0131r ve sahurda 1 -2 bardak su i\u00e7ilir. Ya da ak\u015fam bir\u015fey i\u00e7ilmez, sa\u00adhurda magnezyum s\u00fclfat i\u00e7ilir. O zaman insan orucu a\u00e7maya mecbur kal\u0131r.
