Do\u011fum yapt\u0131ktan sonra 4 hafta i\u00e7erisinde herhangi bir atak meydana gelirse depresyon \u015f\u00fcphesi akla gelir. Do\u011fum ard\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan d\u00f6nemle ilgili 3 depresif tan\u0131<\/strong> <\/a>mevcuttur.<\/p>\n

\u0130lk tan\u0131, annelerin y\u00fczde ellisinden fazla g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen, hamilelikle alakal\u0131 en yayg\u0131n olarak kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan psikiyatrik bozukluktur. Bu duruma \u201cmaternal melankoli\u201d denir. Genellikle do\u011fum yapt\u0131ktan sonra 3. Ya da 4. g\u00fcnde ba\u015flayan bu sorun ve \u00e7o\u011funlukla bir hafta i\u00e7inde d\u00fczelir. \n\u0130kinci tan\u0131 ise, bebe\u011fin sebep oldu\u011fu halsizlik, yorgunluk ve eve yeni bir birey gelmesinden kaynaklanan adaptasyon s\u00fcrecidir. Bu durum da kendili\u011finden ge\u00e7mektedir. \u0130la\u00e7 tedavisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaz.<\/p>\n

\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ancak olduk\u00e7a nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen tan\u0131 ise, \u201cpostpartum depresyon\u201c \u015feklinde tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nce postpartum depresyon \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc olanlarda, hamilelik d\u00f6neminde depresyon veya anksiyete sorunlar\u0131 mevcut olanlarda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lma riski daha fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\n\u015eayet hasta intihar etme e\u011filimde ise bir psikiyatri klini\u011fine ba\u015fvurmak gerekebilir. Depresyon i\u00e7in ila\u00e7 tedavisine ba\u015flan\u0131r. Trisiklik antidepresanlar ve SSRI lar tedaviler dahlindedir. \u0130laca cevap verilmiyor ise, elektrokonvulzif terapi y\u00f6ntemine ba\u015fvurulabilir.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fum ard\u0131ndan depresyonun en \u015fiddetli formu postpartum psikozdur. Olduk\u00e7a nadir g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Do\u011fumlar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca %0,1-0,2 sinde meydana gelir. Uzun vadede ba\u015flamaz. Belirtileri bir anda kendini g\u00f6sterir. Hasta ya \u00e7ok mutsuz ya da \u00e7ok ne\u015feli olmaktad\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nceki tav\u0131rlar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 davran\u0131r.<\/p>\n
