Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi \u0130nfeksiyon Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Klinik Mikrobiyoloji \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Serhat \u00dcnal, gribin sadece \u00fcst solunum yollar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda alt solunum yollar\u0131n\u0131 da etkileyen, hatta zat\u00fcrreye sebep olabilen bir vir\u00fcs oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

MUTLAKA TEDB\u0130R ALMALISINIZ<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gribin mutlaka tedbir al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu belirten \u00dcnal, “Her sene ba\u015fka bir grip olabilir. Grip mevsimi y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe u\u011fruyor. Bu sene i\u00e7in hen\u00fcz \u00f6zel bir grip tehdidi tan\u0131mlanmad\u0131. Mevsimsel dedi\u011fimiz grip kuzey yar\u0131mk\u00fcrede eyl\u00fcl, ekim, kas\u0131m ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flayacak.” dedi.<\/p>\n

Grip olan bir ki\u015fide halsizlik gibi belirtilerin hen\u00fcz ate\u015f y\u00fckselmeden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan \u00dcnal, bunun halk aras\u0131ndaki di\u011fer bir ad\u0131n\u0131n da “pa\u00e7avra hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131” oldu\u011funu, ki\u015fileri yata\u011fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Gribin en \u00f6nemli belirtisinin kas a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve 39 dereceye kadar y\u00fckselen ate\u015f oldu\u011funu anlatan \u00dcnal, “Solunum yollar\u0131 enfeksiyonlar\u0131 eyl\u00fcl\u00fcn ortalar\u0131ndan nisana kadar g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Halsizlik, bitkinlik, \u015fiddetli kas a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek ate\u015f varsa, bunun aksi ispat edilene kadar grip gibi kabul edilir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck olabilir. Alt solunum yollar\u0131nda enfeksiyon meydana gelmi\u015fse balgam olabilir. Halsizlik, bitkinlik hafif ate\u015f diye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00e7ok kar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.
