Rahmin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ile ilgili olarak kar\u0131n ve g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs bo\u015fluklar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. Diyafram yukar\u0131 do\u011fru itilmi\u015ftir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. Bundan dolay\u0131 da anne adaylar\u0131n nefes almas\u0131 zorla\u015f\u0131r. Hamilelikte ya\u015fanan nefes darl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in egzersizler de bu sebeple olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir<\/p>\n

Hamilelikte; uterusun b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artar. Bu sebeplerden dolay\u0131 da v\u00fccudun duru\u015funda de\u011fi\u015fimler meydana gelir. V\u00fccut duru\u015fundaki de\u011fi\u015fimler bel ve s\u0131rt a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n

\u0130lk \u00fc\u00e7 ay ard\u0131ndan anne aday\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak egzersiz programlar\u0131na ba\u015flamal\u0131d\u0131r. Her anne aday\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulanacak nefes alma egzersizleri farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Size uygun nefes egzersizleri i\u00e7in mutlaka uzman bir solunum fizyoterapistinden yard\u0131m alman\u0131z gerekir.<\/p>\n

Kegel egzersizi: Kegel egzersizleri, pelvik kaslar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren egzersizlerdir. Pelvik kaslar\u0131; idrar kesesi, rahim ve kal\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131n son b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc destekleyen kas grubunu kapsar. Pelvik taban kaslar\u0131, zay\u0131f ise do\u011fum ard\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli reflekslerle idrar ka\u00e7\u0131rmaya yol a\u00e7abilir. Kegel egzersizi yapmak hem do\u011fumu kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, hem de idrar ka\u00e7\u0131rma riskini engeller. Pelvik taban kaslar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p b\u0131rakmas\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bu egzersiz i\u00e7in kaslar\u0131n yerini duyumsayabilmek gerekir. \u0130drar yaparken bir s\u00fcre tutun, ard\u0131ndan idrar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 yapmaya devam edin. S\u0131k\u0131p b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kaslar pelvik taban kaslar\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r. Nefes alma egzersizleri ve gev\u015feme tekniklerinin 6 faydas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nefes alma ve gev\u015feme y\u00f6ntemleri \u00f6zellikle do\u011fumun ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile birlikte annenin sakin kalmas\u0131n\u0131 ve kendi v\u00fccudunu kontrol etmesini sa\u011flar.
\nDo\u011fum sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kendini g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk evrede gev\u015feme teknikleri ile anne enerjisini 2. evre i\u00e7in muhafaza eder.
\n\u0130lk evrede anne aday\u0131 nefes alma teknikleriyle daha az sanc\u0131 duydu\u011fu i\u00e7in, do\u011fumun esas evresi olan 2. evreden korkmaz. B\u00f6ylece stressiz ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir do\u011fum ge\u00e7irmi\u015f olur.
\nNormal do\u011fumda sanc\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile birlikte anne aday\u0131 do\u011fru nefes al\u0131p verme egzerizleri yapar, bebe\u011fin do\u011fumuna kadar da bu tekni\u011fi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. Bu sayede anne do\u011fuma daha iyi bir \u015fekilde odaklanacak ve pasif olmay\u0131p aktif olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Anne nefes teknikleriyle bebe\u011fe daha fazla oksijen gitmesini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
\nUygun \u0131k\u0131nma metotlar\u0131 ve uygulanan nefes y\u00f6ntemlerin kombine \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, do\u011fumun daha kolay ya\u015fanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.
\nNefes egzersizleri gebelik boyunca \u00f6\u011frenilmelidir. Do\u011fumun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015famada nefes tekniklerini \u00f6\u011frenmek pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Nefes alma \u2013 verme metotlar\u0131nda dikkat edilmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli nokta nefesin burundan al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve a\u011f\u0131zdan verilmesidir. Anne aday\u0131 nefesi \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 al\u0131p vermemelidir. Normal h\u0131zda nefes al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fini sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. Nefes alma teknikleri anne aday\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kendi kendine de \u00f6\u011frenilebilir. Anne aday\u0131 otururken ya da dik pozisyonda ike bu teknikleri uygulayabilir.<\/p>\n

Nefes al\u0131p verme y\u00f6ntemi \u00fc\u00e7 bi\u00e7imde olabilir:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs solunumu,<\/strong><\/p>\n

2- Kar\u0131n solunumu,<\/strong><\/p>\n

3- G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs ve kar\u0131n kombine solunum<\/strong><\/p>\n

G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcsten nefes almak i\u00e7in: burundan nefes al\u0131n\u0131rken g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs \u015fi\u015firilmelidir. Al\u0131nan nefes yava\u015f\u00e7a a\u011f\u0131zdan verilmelidir. Burada dikkat edilmesi gereken yaln\u0131zca g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn \u015fi\u015firilmesidir, kar\u0131n \u015fi\u015firilmemelidir. Olduk\u00e7a kolay uygulanabilen bir nefes tekni\u011fidir.<\/p>\n

Kar\u0131n solunumu: \u00e7o\u011funlukla g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs solunumundan daha zordur fakat pratik yaparak \u00f6\u011frenmek olduk\u00e7a kolayd\u0131r. Bu solunum \u015feklini denemek i\u00e7in dik durarak \u015fekilde oturunuz. Burnunuzdan yava\u015f yava\u015f nefes al\u0131n\u0131z karn\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u015fi\u015firin. Yani do\u011fumun 1. evresidir. \u0130kinci a\u015fama ise rahim a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131n tam a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131ndan bebe\u011fin do\u011fuma kadar ge\u00e7en 2. evredir.Do\u011fumun 2 evresinde de farkl\u0131 \u015fekilde nefes y\u00f6ntemleri uygulamak gerekir.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fumun birinci evresinde sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131z olduk\u00e7a d\u00fczenli ve belirli zaman aral\u0131klar\u0131 ile ya\u015fanacakt\u0131r. Sanc\u0131lar 5-10 dakika aras\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r. Sanc\u0131n\u0131n dindi\u011fi d\u00f6nemlerde normal ve yava\u015f nefes alman\u0131z gerekir. Sanc\u0131 gelmeden dinlenmeniz gerekir. Sanc\u0131 geldi\u011fi zamanda ise g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs solunumu ya da kombine solunuma ba\u015fvurmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Do\u011fumun birinci evresinde kar\u0131n solunumu yapmay\u0131n\u0131z. Sanc\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman bir defa derin solunuma ba\u015fvurun ve daha sonra sanc\u0131 durana dek normal olarak soluk al\u0131p vermeyiniz. Ancak en \u00f6nemli nokta, solunumlar\u0131n burundan al\u0131n\u0131p a\u011f\u0131zdan verilmesidir. Sanc\u0131n\u0131n durmas\u0131ndan sonra bir defa daha derin solunum yap\u0131n ve tekni\u011fi tamamlay\u0131n. Ard\u0131ndan biraz dinlenin ve gev\u015femeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Sanc\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman anda derin bir kar\u0131n solunumu yap\u0131n ve nefesinizi olabildi\u011fince tutup doktorunuzun size s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u015fekilde \u0131k\u0131n\u0131n. Bebe\u011fin ileri do\u011fru itelmesi gerekir. Ik\u0131nma eylemini nefesinizi tutarak ya da a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131zdan olduk\u00e7a yava\u015f yava\u015f nefes vererek de yapabilirsiniz.
