Premenstruel sendrom (PMS) kad\u0131nlarda adet kanamas\u0131 \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde ba\u015flayan ruhsal veya fiziksel baz\u0131 belirtiler toplulu\u011funu ifade eden bir terimdir. Bu belirtiler genellikle adet kanamas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na bir hafta ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar ve adet g\u00f6r\u00fclmesiyle birlikte birka\u00e7 g\u00fcnde kaybolurlar.<\/p>\n

Kad\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi anlayabilmek i\u00e7in PMS’nin ne oldu\u011fu toplumun her bireyi taraf\u0131ndan bilinmelidir. \u00d6zellikle i\u015fverenlerin ve e\u015flerin ileti\u015fimde olduklar\u0131 kad\u0131nla ili\u015fkilerinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fcyebilmesi i\u00e7in bu konu hakk\u0131nda mutlaka bilgi sahibi olmalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n

Premenstrual Sendrom Ne S\u0131kl\u0131kta G\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr?<\/p>\n

Asl\u0131nda her kad\u0131nda adet \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde baz\u0131 belirtiler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. PMS’nin nedeni tam olarak belli de\u011fildir. Mineral yetersizli\u011fi (magnezyum, \u00e7inko), vitamin yetersizli\u011fi (A, B vitaminleri), hormonal dengesizlik (progesteron hormonu yetersizli\u011fi), v\u00fccutta a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 tutulumu, prostaglandin ve n\u00f6rotransmitter ad\u0131 verilen kimyasal maddelerin dengesizli\u011fi ve psikosomatik nedenler belirtilerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda muhtemelen etkin roller \u00fcstlenmektedirler.<\/p>\n

PMS’nin Belirtileri Nelerdir?<\/p>\n

PMS en a\u011f\u0131r \u015fekliyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda t\u00fcm v\u00fccut sistemlerini etkileyebilir ve bu durumda her organa ait belirtiler meydana gelebilir. Rahimin al\u0131nmas\u0131:<\/p>\n

Meme hassasiyeti \u00f6n planda oldu\u011funda bu hassasiyetin fibrokistik hastal\u0131k gibi di\u011fer meme hassasiyetine neden olabilecek durumlardan ayr\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Kafein (kahve, \u00e7ay, \u00e7ikolata, kola ve baz\u0131 a\u011fr\u0131 kesicilerde bulunur) ba\u015fa\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve meme hassasiyeti gibi PMS belirtileri \u015fiddetlendirmektedir. Kafein al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle belirtilerin oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlerde k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 belirtilerin \u015fiddetini azaltmada olduk\u00e7a etkili olabilir.<\/p>\n

Sigarada bulunan madde olan nikotin v\u00fccutta su tutan hormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 uyard\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in sigara azalt\u0131lmal\u0131, en iyisi t\u00fcm\u00fcyle b\u0131rak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Egzersiz:<\/p>\n

D\u00fczenli egzersiz yap\u0131lmas\u0131 premenstrual sendrom belirtilerini hafifletmede etkili bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu durum muhtemelen egzersizin beyin endorfin seviyesini art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Endorfin v\u00fccudun salg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir morfin t\u00fcrevidir ve “mutluluk hormonu” olarak da bilinir.
