Normal olarak REM uyku evresine girdi\u011fimiz zaman r\u00fcya g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar\u0131z. Bu uyku bozuklu\u011funu ya\u015fayanlarsa genellikle ba\u011f\u0131rmaya ve hareket etmeye ba\u015flar. T\u0131pk\u0131 r\u00fcyalar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yormu\u015f gibi yata\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7inde hareket eder ve \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131k atarlar.<\/p>\n

\u0130spanyol ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar 60 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc 43 ki\u015fi \u00fczerinde incelemede bulundur.
