Epiduralli sezaryen do\u011fum ise yine ki\u015fi uyan\u0131kken bebe\u011fin kar\u0131ndan uygulanan bir kesi ile sezaryen d\u00fcnyaya gelmesidir. Anestezi ila\u00e7lar\u0131 farkl\u0131 dozlarda verilir. Sezaryan, epidural haricinde spinal anestezi, kombine epidural anestezi ve genel anestezi de uygulanabilir.<\/p>\n

Spinal anestezi y\u00f6nteminde anestezi ilac\u0131 do\u011frudan omurilik s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7ine, kombine epiduralde omurilik zar\u0131 \u00e7evresine ve omurilik s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7ine uygulan\u0131r. Omurilik s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7ine anestezi ilac\u0131 uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda istemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kaslar da ge\u00e7ici olarak uyu\u015fma meydana gelir. \u0130stemli kaslar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaz ise, \u0131k\u0131nma da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaz. Yaln\u0131zca sezaryan ile do\u011fumda uygulan\u0131r.
