Bu durumdan dolay\u0131 da bebe\u011finiz kullanabilece\u011fi alan\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bebe\u011finiz rahminizin i\u00e7inde bacaklar\u0131 kal\u00e7adan ve dizlerden tam b\u00fck\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ayaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7apraz \u015fekildedir. Bebek git gide b\u00fcy\u00fcyor, art\u0131k rahim i\u00e7indeki zaman\u0131 azald\u0131. Bebe\u011finiz de rahim i\u00e7indeki duru\u015fu ile do\u011fuma haz\u0131rlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Art\u0131k bu haftadan itibaren bebe\u011finiz daha az hareket edecek. Anne adaylar\u0131 genellikle bu konudan endi\u015fe duyarlar ancak hareketlerin azalmas\u0131 tamamen yerinin darla\u015fmas\u0131 ile ilgili bir durumdur.<\/p>\n

Bebe\u011fin 24 saat i\u00e7inde minimum 10 defa hareket etmesi.
\nYemek \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerinde sonra anne aday\u0131 bir saat kadar dinlendi\u011finde en az 2-3 kere hareket etmesi, gerekti\u011fidir.
\nAnne aday\u0131 bu hareketlere kar\u015f\u0131 hala duyarl\u0131 olmaya devam etmelidir.
\nSayd\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zdan daha az hareket etmesi halinde doktorunuza bu konuyla ilgili bilgi veriniz.
\nNST (non stres test)
\nGayet sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde devam eden hamileliklerde 34. ya da 35. haftada NST ad\u0131 verilen bir test uygulan\u0131r. NTS testi, non stres test olarak da ge\u00e7er. Bu testte bebe\u011fin kalp at\u0131\u015flar\u0131 dinlenir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda rahim kas\u0131lmalar\u0131 da incelenir. Bebe\u011fin o ayki durumu ile ilgili olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bilgiler veren bir testtir. Ancak gebeli\u011finde diyabet sorunu ya\u015fayan hastalarda bu test 32. hafta yap\u0131l\u0131r.
\nDo\u011fum izni ne kadar s\u00fcrer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anne adaylar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ise normal olarak do\u011fumdan 8 hafta \u00f6nce ve do\u011fum ard\u0131ndan 8 hafta sonra yasal olarak izinde olabilir. Yani toplamda 16 haftal\u0131k bir izne ayr\u0131lacakt\u0131r. 32. haftada bu izne ayr\u0131lmaya hak kazan\u0131rlar. Ancak dedi\u011fimiz gibi be\u015f hafta daha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir ve bu 5 haftay\u0131 do\u011fumdan sonraya ekleyebilir.<\/p>\n

Erken Do\u011fum Riski<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\u0131k s\u0131k ya\u015fanan sanc\u0131lar
