S\u00fct i\u00e7indeki laktoz sebebiyle sindirimi zor bir besindir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n %40\u2019\u0131 laktoza kar\u015f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a duyarl\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00fct t\u00fckettikten sonra mideleri rahats\u0131z olabilir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc laktozu sindiremezler. Doktorunuz ve \u00e7evrenizdekiler size \u0131srarla s\u00fct \u00f6nerebilir. Ancak mideniz \u00e7ok rahats\u0131z oluyorsa, s\u00fct yerine s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri t\u00fcketebilirsiniz.
