Kimisi kitap yazmak istiyor, kimisi e\u011fitimine devam etmek, kimisi i\u015fini de\u011fi\u015ftirmek istiyor, kimisi de kilo vermek. Bir\u00e7o\u011fumuz ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131zda k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yapmak istiyoruz fakat kendimizi s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f hissediyoruz. \u00dcstelik bu s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de \u00fcretti\u011fimiz \u00e7e\u015fitli bahanelerle iyice i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmaz bir hale sokuyoruz. \u201cVaktim yok, param yok, ailem istemiyor, yapmam gereken ba\u015fka sorumluluklar\u0131m var\u201d gibi c\u00fcmleler bu bahanelerden sadece birka\u00e7 tanesi. Her ne kadar bir \u015feyleri de\u011fi\u015ftirmek istedi\u011fimizi s\u00f6ylesek de hemen arkas\u0131ndan bu neden yapamayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za dair sebepleri s\u0131ral\u0131yoruz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu konuda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapan Psikolog James Prochaska ise bu t\u00fcr insanlar\u0131n asl\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fime haz\u0131r olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Prochaska\u2019ya g\u00f6re bu ki\u015filer yaln\u0131zca de\u011fi\u015fim fikri a\u015famas\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131yor ve bir sonraki a\u015famaya ge\u00e7emiyor.
