Her ebeveynin bildi\u011fi gibi, stresli oldu\u011fumuz s\u00fcrece ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z ne kadar olumlu olursa olsun iyi bir anne-baba olamay\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Modern hayat\u0131n \u00e7ok fazla strese sebep oldu\u011fu do\u011fru; ancak bir konuda strese yol a\u00e7an \u015feyin ki\u015fide di\u011fer alanlarla ilgili stresi tetikledi\u011fi de do\u011fru. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla stres, her ne kadar bizim ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelen \u015feylerden kaynaklansa da as\u0131l \u00f6nemli olan ona verece\u011fimiz tepki. Ebeveyn olarak her birimizin stresi y\u00f6netmeye dair bir sorumlulu\u011fu var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc nihayetinde istedi\u011fimiz \u015fey, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bizden geri kalana de\u011fil en iyi yanlar\u0131m\u0131za sahip olmas\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcnden ba\u015flayarak uygulayabilece\u011finiz bu stratejilerle, stresi hayat\u0131ndan uzak tutan ve \u00e7ocu\u011fuyla daha kaliteli vakit ge\u00e7iren bir ebeveyn olma yolunda ilerleyebilirsiniz:<\/p>\n

1- Nefes almaya dikkat edin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nefes almay\u0131 hat\u0131rlamak, kula\u011fa basit hatta g\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7 gelebilir. Ancak sakince ve derin nefes almak hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirebilecek bir eylemdir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc derin nefes ald\u0131k\u00e7a, v\u00fccudunuza daha fazla oksijen girecek ve bu da v\u00fccudunuzda dola\u015fan stres hormonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Nefesinizi fark etmek, mola d\u00fc\u011fmesine basmak gibi bir \u015fey. Bu \u015fekilde i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011funuz ana geri d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f olacaks\u0131n\u0131z. Egzersiz yapmak, nefes alma ve yeterince uyumadan sonra en iyi stres azaltma y\u00f6ntemidir. Her g\u00fcn 20 dakika kadar terleten bir egzersiz yapmak, kortizol seviyenizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr ve ruh halinizi iyile\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n

5- \u00c7ocu\u011funuza biraz rahatl\u0131k tan\u0131y\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n
