S\u0131nav g\u00fcnleri demek hem aileler hem de \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in stresli g\u00fcnler demek. \u00d6zellikle ebeveynler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 strese girecek ya da stresle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kamayacak diye kayg\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bir miktar setresin ya\u015fam i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Liv Hospital Ankara Psikiyatri Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ali Bozkurt \u201cGeli\u015fimsel olarak beyin, sorunlarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma konusunda deneyimlidir. Stresi ortadan kald\u0131ramayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re en iyisi planl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde m\u00fccadele etmeyi \u00f6\u011frenmektir. S\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fayan gen\u00e7ler s\u0131navdan fazla onun getirdi\u011fi kayg\u0131ya odaklan\u0131r. Oysa basit planlamalar yaparak kayg\u0131n\u0131n ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla stresin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilir\u201c dedi.<\/p>\n

1) \u00d6ncelikle ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma planlar\u0131 yapmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n <\/strong><\/p>\n

Plan\u0131n ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Bu plan\u0131n i\u00e7erisine dinlenme aral\u0131klar\u0131, sosyal aktiviteler mutlaka konulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

2) Motive olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c7o\u011funlukla okulda, dershanede nas\u0131l ve hangi saatlerde ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131na d\u0131\u015f otorite karar verir. Fakat evde ki\u015fi kendi karar verir. Ki\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 kendi kontrol etti\u011finde motive olur.<\/p>\n
