Hamilelikten \u00f6nceki 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemden itibaren, g\u00fcnde 400 mg. folik asit takviyesi sinir sistemiyle ilgili bozukluklar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engeller. Folik asit narenciyede, ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzelerde, f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem ve baklagillerde bulunur.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcnde 300 mg.\u2019dan (3 bardak filtre kahve) fazla kafein al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00fcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkiler.
