Telma\u00e7, internetin ve teknolojinin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde art\u0131k vazge\u00e7ilmez oldu\u011funu fakat bunun ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fczeyine gelmemesi gerekti\u011fini belirtip “\u0130nternet ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131 olmay\u0131n.” dedi. Psikolog Telam s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n

“Zaman\u0131m\u0131zda internet vazge\u00e7ilmez bir hal alm\u0131\u015f halde. \u015eayet do\u011fru zamanda ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kullan\u0131rsan \u00e7ok da faydalar\u0131 oldu\u011fu muhakkak. Bunun yan\u0131nda elbette kimi zaman da vakit ge\u00e7irmek ve e\u011flenmek i\u00e7in de interneti ve teknolojiyi kullanaca\u011f\u0131z. Fakat bunu abart\u0131p ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k haline getirmemeliyiz. Zira gen\u00e7lerin sosyalle\u015fmeye, spor yapmaya ve aileleri ile de zaman ge\u00e7irmelerine gerek var.” dedi.<\/p>\n
