Yorgunluk, hastan\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam aktivitelerini ve i\u015f performans\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

K\u0131sa s\u00fcreli haf\u0131za ve konsantrasyon kayb\u0131, bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, lenf bezlerinde hassasiyet, kas a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, yeni olu\u015fan ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, uyku bozuklu\u011fu ve yap\u0131lan bir i\u015f sonras\u0131 24 saatten fazla s\u00fcren k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131k hissi duyulmas\u0131 gibi belirtilerden en az d\u00f6rt tanesinin bir arada bulunmas\u0131 kronik yorgunluk sendromuna i\u015faret ediyor olabilir.<\/p>\n

Kronik a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 hastalarda bu belirtilere; depresif duygu durumu nedeniyle umutsuzluk, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 hali, \u00e7aresizlik duygusu, dikkat azl\u0131\u011f\u0131, konsantrasyon g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve i\u015ftah-kilo kayb\u0131 gibi belirtiler de e\u015flik edebilmektedir.”

Her 3 hastadan 2’sinde hastal\u0131k s\u00fcrekli ve \u015fiddetli seyreder. Bu hastalarda uzun s\u00fcre yatakta kalmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kas erimesi ve post\u00fcral kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir. Kronik yorgunluk sendromlu hastalarda, fizik muayene sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 genelde normaldir. Bu sendrom di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131kla benzer belirtileri g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi i\u00e7in te\u015fhiste kullan\u0131lan tek bir laboratuvar bulgusu yoktur.<\/p>\n

Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhisi kronik yorgunlu\u011fa sebep olan t\u0131bbi durumlar ve psikiyatrik hastal\u0131klar d\u0131\u015fland\u0131ktan sonra konulmaktad\u0131r” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Uyku ritminin d\u00fczene sokulmas\u0131 ve uyku kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ‘uyku hijyeni’ uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Uyku \u00f6ncesinde kafeinli, alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7eceklerden, nikotinden, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyeceklerden ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 aktiviteden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Her gece ayn\u0131 saatte uyumak al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirilmelidir. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta g\u00fcnde 5 dakika eklem hareket a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 egzersizleri ve nazik germe egzersizleri yap\u0131lmal\u0131, hastan\u0131n kas g\u00fcc\u00fc dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k\u00e7a egzersizlerin s\u00fcresi ve \u015fiddeti art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Al\u0131nan t\u00fcm \u00f6nlemlere ra\u011fmen yorgunlu\u011fun uzun s\u00fcre ge\u00e7medi\u011fi durumlarda vakit kaybetmeden doktora ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.”<\/p>\n

Kronik yorgunluk sendromunun tedavisinin ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Kayalar, “Tedavide ama\u00e7 hastal\u0131k semptomlar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmektir.
