Hamilelik d\u00f6nemi s\u00fcresince beslenme, anne adaylar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde dikkatli bir \u015fekilde durmalar\u0131 gereken, \u00f6nemli bir konudur. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve konforlu bir hamilelik s\u00fcreci ge\u00e7irmek, hamilelik d\u00f6nemine ait belirtileri ya\u015famamak ya da daha az ya\u015famak, bebe\u011finizin olmas\u0131 gereken kiloya ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyaya gerekli besin depolar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturabilmi\u015f bir \u015fekilde gelmesini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in beslenme d\u00fczeninize dikkat etmeniz gerekmektedir. Hamilelik d\u00f6nemi; g\u00fcnl\u00fck kalori, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimi, protein, vitamin, mineraller, temel ve eser elementlerin gereksinimlerinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemdir. Hamilelik s\u00fcresince \u00f6nerilen beslenme tarz\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn temel besin maddelerinden tamam\u0131n\u0131n, gerekli oranda ve rutin bir \u015fekilde al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015feklindedir. Hamilelik s\u00fcrecinin ilk 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7erisinde, bebe\u011fin organlar\u0131 olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, anne adaylar\u0131n\u0131n canlar\u0131 istemese bile, zorla yemek yemesi gerekti\u011fine inanmalar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r.
