\u00c7ocuk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir enfeksiy\u0131ndur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u011f mikrobu ta\u015f\u0131yan anne do\u011fum esnas\u0131nda enfeksiyonu bebe\u011fe de bula\u015ft\u0131rabilir. Ayr\u0131yeten kan ve v\u00fccut s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131yla temasla, cinsel yolla da bula\u015f\u0131r. Hepatit B vir\u00fcs\u00fc, anne s\u00fct\u00fcyle bula\u015fmamaktad\u0131r. Mikrop al\u0131nd\u0131ktan takriben 6 hafta sonra belirtiler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. 1 – 2 ay s\u00fcrebilir, bazen hi\u00e7 belirti olmayabilir. \u0130\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k, halsizlik, d\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fc, eklem a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, sar\u0131l\u0131k belirtileri de g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Kronik karaci\u011fer hasar\u0131na sebep olabilir, kronik ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k geli\u015febilir, seneler i\u00e7inde karaci\u011fer kanseri, siroz gibi komplikasyonlarla \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl olabilir.<\/p>\n

Kesin tan\u0131, kan testi ile konur. Hamilelikte annenin hepatit B kan testlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ihmal edilmemelidir. Zira anne ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 bile olsa yenido\u011fan bebe\u011fi hemen yap\u0131lacak a\u015f\u0131 ve immunglob\u00fclin ile korumak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Kesin bir tedavisi yoktur. Enfekte ki\u015fi, uzun d\u00f6nemde takibe al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n
