\nPatatesleri y\u0131kay\u0131p bol suda ha\u015flay\u0131n. Ha\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z patatesleri soyup \u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 bekleyin ve p\u00fct\u00fcr kalmayacak \u015fekilde ezin.
\nUn, yumurta, iste\u011fe g\u00f6re muskat ve parmesan peynirini patates p\u00fcresine ekleyerek ele yap\u0131\u015fmayan bir hamur elde edinceye kadar yo\u011furun.
