Peynirden yapılan bu helvayı siz de çok seveceksiniz…

MALZEMELER

1 kilo tuzsuz peynir.
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
1 su bardağı şeker.
3 yemek kaşığı un.

HAZIRLANIŞI
Tuzsuz peynir ufalanır ve tavaya alınır. Karıştırılarak eritilir. Bizim peynirimiz yağını salmadığı için biz 2 kaşık tereyağ koyduk. Fakat siz peyniriniz yağlı ise hiç koymayabilirsiniz. Un bırakılır. Şekeri konur. Bütün malzeme özleşince ocaktan alınır ve sunuma hazırdır.
