2 su bardağı zeytin yağı 1/2 su bardağı toz şeker
1 vanilya
1 kabartma tozu
2 yemek kaşığı kömbe baharatı
3 yemek kaşığı susam
2 su bardağı ezilmiş ceviz
2 su br sarı un ve alabildiği kadar normal un

Kömbe Kurabiye yapılışı:
Tüm malzemeler karıştırılarak hamur elde edilir.
Elde edilen hamurla Antakya’ya özgü tahta kalıplarla şekil verilir.
180 derecede pembeleşinceye kadar pişirilir.
