Azospermi Nedir?

Azospermi, menide hiç sperm bulunmaması halidir ve erkek infertilitesinin en ağır formlarından biridir. 2 türü vardır:

Obstrüktif Azospermia: Bütün azospermia vakalarının yüzde 40’ını oluşturur. Vücutta testis dokusunda üretilen spermler, kanal sistemindeki tıkanıklıktan ötürü dışarı atılamaz.

Non-Obstrüktif Azospermia: Bütün vakaların yüzde 60’ını oluştururç Vücut içinde, testis dokusunda sperm üretilemiyordur. Ekseriyetle hormonol dengesizlikler neticesinde oluşur.

Azospermia’nın bir belirtisi maalesef yoktur. Meni büyük ihtimalle normal bir renk ve görünümde olacaktır. Yalnızca sperm sayımıyla teşhis edilebilir.
